My new favorite Spanish restaurant in Singapore

Where Spanish tapas and Japanese flavours meet, HUMO is an inviting space made for lively conversations, curious palates, and memorable meals. I had an amazing time at HUMO trying out their unique, delicious dishes and I canโ€™t wait to visit again.

First tapas and it was already perfect. Prawn tartare was so fresh and flavourful accompanied with the perfectly crispy sushi rice. One of my favs for the night.

Was a bit skeptical by the looks of the mackerel but oh boy this was SO GOOD!!! Never had something like this before and I absolutely loved it. Only thing I would nitpick on was that thecracker could be better (not as crispy and tasted slightlyyy stale). Still loved it though lol.

Ehhhhh this was not to my liking at all. Not a fan of the yuzu sauce which tasted quite funky (or maybe it is just not my thing). Would not order again.

Did I just get sweet potato for $20? Yesโ€ฆ but damn look at that, it was so good probably the best sweet potato Iโ€™ve ever had lol. Who knew sweet potato and ikura would go so well together?? Ikura was really fresh which I greatly appreciated.

Bougie asff look at that generous topping of caviar!! This dish was a umami flavour bomb with fresh juicy prawns accompanied with udon coated in the rich umami sauce. One of my favs!

Pork Rib was super tender and literally fell off the bone. Flavour wise was good but nothing unique imo, can pass. Japanese cabbage was really good though – perfectly charred and flavour was very unique.

HERE COMES THE STAR OF THE NIGHT!!! Wagyu beef was buttery, savoury, and perfectly cooked, literally obsessed with it. Paella was nice but nothing special. The Wagyu beef totally won me over hahaha.

Very rich chocolatey brownie with their unique ice cream flavour. Perfect dessert to end a great meal.
